Taxidermia of a Sparrow directed by Fernando Soto, producted by Kulunka theater troupe, is the third work of this brilliant company after "Andre and Dorine" and "Inquires". They have successfully performed in Madferia last January 19 at fair of Madrid and last March 8 at Dferia, the Donosti fair, having good reception by public.

Kulunka Theatre is a troupe that specializes in mask theater, now produces the staging of the text of the playwright Ozkar Galan, directed by Fernando Soto, making a bet by contemporary playwrights, and establishing linkages with other professionals in the performing arts, a great artistic and human quality.

Garbiñe Insausti performing the character of  Edith Piaf, Lola Casamayor as Camile, and Alberto Huici as various characters, give life to this work that narrates us the fictional encounter between Camile Schultz, a reporter specialized in photographing animals  and a great diva, Edith Piaf. It is a controversial interview that will become a real dissection about the origin, nature and the need to believe and create myths. This is a story about emotional journey through the events that have given rise and fall of a star, a real goddess, even though she had the feet of clay.

The path of this young troupe is backed by its first show. Since André and Dorine began in October 2010 his international career in the International Theatre Festival of Manizales in Colombia, Kulunka Theatre has done 250 performances of his first show, visiting in three years more than 120 theaters and 50 different international festivals in 22 countries, among which are England, the United States, Turkey, Nepal, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Argentina, Cuba, China, Panama, Russia, Norway, Finland, Chile, France, Malaysia, Portugal, Taiwan, Mexico, ... coming back sometimes in  several occasions in such countries as: Colombia, China, Turkey, England ... and garnering major awards including the AUDIENCE REWARDS and AWARD FOR BEST DRAMA PERFORMANCE in the BE Festival in Birmingham and AWARD FOR BEST SHOW  FROM ABROAD IN VILLANUEVA at the International Theater Festival of Havana. Also with the recent release of Inquires with which just have started a national and international tour full of success.
